At Auna, our goal is to help you build self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, and effect meaningful change.

One on one therapy. We will work together to develop self-awareness, from awareness of the factors that contribute to your current distress, to awareness of values and beliefs that shape the ways in which you walk through life.

Couples Counselling

Counselling aimed at helping couples resolve conflict, learn effective communication skills, and cultivate fulfilling relationships.

Family Counselling

Counselling aimed at helping families resolve conflict, modify problematic behaviour, and achieve greater harmony.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours, but less than 48 hours notice, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session cost.
Appointments with no notice given, or "no shows", will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session cost.
Appointments scheduled on Monday must be cancelled or rescheduled by 4pm on the preceding Friday. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session cost.
Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of your therapist in exceptional and emergent circumstances (e.g. medical or family emergencies).
